Job summary

Lucid Motors in Amsterdam is seeking a customer‑facing specialist to deliver a premium, human‑centered experience for owners and prospective customers. You will blend technical understanding, problem solving, and hospitality to support customers throughout their journey.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person at Lucid Studios, scheduling service, and maintaining knowledge of Lucid vehicles and charging infrastructure across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, automotive, EV, luxury retail, or tech environments.
• Strong communication in German and English; French will be great.
• Ability to handle complex inquiries with patience, clarity, and empathy.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, digital tools, and fast‑changing technology.
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and premium customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline voice for Lucid customers via multiple channels.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, charging, software updates, and service appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate service with Centers and Mobile teams.
• Capture customer feedback to improve processes and experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lucid vehicles and EV ecosystem in Germany.
