Bodycote is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Sales Manager to drive business across Germany and support broader international expansion. The role is home-based with travel across Germany and Europe, enabling engagement with key customers and new opportunities.

You will manage relationships, develop new business, and expand specialist technologies into new applications, with a planned progression to Team Leader DACH & Nordics after a successful onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within manufacturing equipment.
• Proven technical B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling complex technical products internationally.
• Engineering or related technical qualification.
• Fluent Dutch & English.
