Job summary

360Pharma is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end supply chain performance for the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland). The role partners with Commercial leadership to enable growth, launches, and portfolio lifecycle management while ensuring service, cost, inventory, and cash targets.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams across Planning, CS, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance, developing capabilities and a high-performing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading regional/global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, logistics, inventory, customer service).
• Strong business and financial acumen balancing growth, service, cost, and cash.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional end-to-end supply chain strategy aligning with global priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable growth via supply reliability and launches.
• Own customer service performance and experience; track OTIF, fill rate, lead time.
• Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, CS, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Finance.
• Lead supply chain risk management and escalation with regional/global stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain organization with talent development.
• Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation using ERP, OMP, and analytics.
• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment across commercial and regional leadership.
