Job summary

NES Fircroft, partnering with a leading international biopharmaceutical organization, is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the European distribution network. Based in Breda with hybrid work and up to 25% travel across Europe, you will manage cold chain and distribution operations, ensure GDP compliance, and drive cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or supplier management.
Strong project management across multiple departments and geographies.
Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Ensure product availability with high service levels, GDP compliance, and cost efficiency.
Develop and optimize cold chain and distribution solutions across Europe.
Manage relationships with logistics providers and conduct performance reviews.
Drive supplier performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain service agreements and distribution partnerships.
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, quality, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams on cross-functional projects.
