Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a strategic, hands‑on Director, EU Supply Chain to lead Europe’s regional supply chain. You will translate global strategy into regional plans, ensuring supply continuity, compliant product movement, and accurate inventory across EU markets.

You will collaborate with Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, and external partners to scale the EU supply chain and drive readiness for launches, with a focus on GDP compliance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of EU pharmaceutical regulations and supply chain best practices.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EU supply chain strategy translation into executable regional plans.
• Ensure supply continuity, compliant product movement, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across EU teams.
• Drive EU supply chain readiness for new launches, SKUs, and packaging changes.
• Manage EU supply chain transactions in ERP and partner with Finance for VAT and reporting.
