Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain performance for the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland). The role serves as a key integration partner to Commercial leadership, translating global strategy into regional execution.

The position oversees service, inventory, cost and cash for a ~€250M portfolio, while building organizational capability and high performance across the cluster.

Qualifications

• 15+ years end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading regional/global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster, aligning with global EP/NV priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable growth through supply reliability and product launches.
• Own customer service performance and track key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time).
• Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Lead supply chain risk management and escalation with regional/global stakeholders.
