Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Senior Associate Supply Chain (Regional Operations) for Breda, Netherlands. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams across EMEA to manage product lifecycles and support launches, variations, and end-of-life strategies.

You will work in an international environment, coordinating with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Manufacturing and Commercial teams, driving continuous improvement and accurate regional handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Background in Supply Chain, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Exposure to change management and project-based work
• Customer-focused, proactive, and technology-savvy professional

Responsibilities

• Support and manage product lifecycle activities across EMEA markets
• Execute product launches, variations, and end-of-life strategies
• Maintain and coordinate Regional Variation Master Plans
• Manage labeling assessments and specialized shipping processes
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Marketing stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
• Facilitate master data, serialization, and product registration activities
• Ensure accurate handover of regional requirements to manufacturing sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage product lifecycle activities across EMEA markets
• Execute product launches, variations, and end-of-life strategies
