Job summary

Damen Services in the Netherlands seeks an Account Manager (Regional Service Manager) for Asia to lead service activities across the Asia region. You will collaborate with Sales to secure vessel projects and deliver outstanding service performance for customers.

You will manage complex client relationships, develop proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to meet technical, logistical, and commercial needs. Fluency in English and a track record in regional account management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration with relevant technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience handling complex accounts.
• Strong business knowledge blending technical, logistical, and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and develop propositions for growth.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers.
• Consult with clients on technical, functional specifications of assignments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather market information to prepare a regional business plan.
• Monitor project progress and identify deviations from specifications and contract.
