Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is supporting a globally recognised Fintech in appointing a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales across the Netherlands on a 12 month FTC. You will oversee a team of freelance Field Sales Consultants and drive performance and territory growth.

The role demands strong leadership, a data-driven approach to performance, and the ability to partner with Marketing, Operations and Partnerships to scale the business and increase brand visibility across regional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience managing field sales teams or commercial teams.
• Experience in payments or fintech is preferred; other sectors considered on merit.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to motivate permanent staff and freelancers.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support a team of freelance Field Sales Consultants across the Netherlands.
• Ensure market meets/exceeds sales targets through leadership, performance tracking and field presence.
• Build a positive team culture based on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates, insights and action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Partnerships to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard new team members to support territory growth.
• Drive brand visibility and represent the company at regional events and outreach.
