SumUp is hiring a Field Sales Area Manager for The Hague region to lead frontline sales of POS and card readers, while building market understanding and scaling the footprint across multiple cities. You will recruit and coach 8-10 self-employed reps, own your territory, and collaborate with HQ for strategic insights.

The role demands a entrepreneurial, target-driven leader with field sales expertise and a strong ability to leverage CRM tools to drive data-informed decisions.

• Build and lead: Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of 8-10 self-employed commission-based Field Sales Representatives.
• Scale with impact: Launch and grow our presence across multiple cities and territories.
• Drive performance: Set clear goals, monitor KPIs and continuously improve sales conversion and team output.
• Act as a founder: Be the local expert, represent the brand, and collaborate closely with HQ teams to deliver strategic insights.
