Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a transformational sales leader to build and lead a direct Sales Executive team across the region, shaping the GTM strategy and driving rapid new business growth.

You will guide territory planning, develop pipelines, and align with field sales teams to close opportunities. You will recruit and coach top performers, own quarterly forecasts, and engage at the C‑level to understand business drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Proven track record in new business sales with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and management of sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning for quotas.
• Accurate CRM reporting including quarterly forecasts and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive new business growth.
• Develop regional sales strategy aligned with Go-To-Market plans.
• Engage in territory planning and opportunity development to drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
• Define territories and quotas and communicate expectations.
• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer requirements.
• Foster relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, and executives.
• Retain and grow existing customers through non-sales engagement.
