Job summary

EPTA GROUP is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Netherlands, building a strong customer portfolio and leading negotiations for refrigeration solutions. You will collaborate with Sales Back Office and Trade Marketing to deliver compelling offers and forecast monthly sales with accuracy.

The role requires travel within the Netherlands and occasional visits to Belgium, with a company car provided.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• You bring proven B2B sales experience in refrigeration or related tech sectors.
• You communicate in Dutch, French, and English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a customer portfolio within your area.
• Promote and sell commercial refrigeration equipment/services to B2B clients.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence.
• Prepare compelling offers with Sales Back Office and ensure accurate quotations.
