Job summary

LUVE in Breda, Netherlands, is seeking an Industrial Cooling Area Manager to lead the commercial objectives for the Industrial Cooling business in the assigned area. You will drive sales across factories, manage client relationships, and report to the Managing Director Cluster Benelux & UK.

The role requires a technical background, 3+ years in technical sales/business development, and ability to travel. fluency in Dutch and English is essential for success in the matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Experienced self-standing Sales manager delivering solutions and managing business development in the assigned area.
• Technical education or bachelor's engineering degree.
• At least 3/5 years of professional experience in Technical Sales and Business Development in Industrial Cooling, renewable, energy, EPCs, etc.
• Proven experience in international sales management and working in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, defining technical-commercial solutions to customers.
• Identify market and customer requirements and develop strategies for growth of orders and profitability.
• Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers.
• Regular customer visits and reporting.
• Drive creative solutions to minimize price pressure and maximize differentiators.
• Monitor market trends and competitor behavior.
• Monitor customer payments in collaboration with the credit department and adjust credit limits as needed.
• Report on market trends, competition strategies and quotation/project potential.
• Experience in heat-transfer or air heat-exchangers is a plus.

We are looking for an Industrial Cooling Area Manager to join our sales team in the Netherlands commercial branch in Breda.

The role reports to the Managing Director Cluster Benelux & UK.

Location: Breda, Netherlands

Mission of the role

The Area Manager is responsable for realizing the commercial objectives of the Industrial Cooling business in the assigned Area.

They will be responsible for the turnover, clients assigned and the product sales from all factories where Industrial Cooling products are manufactured.

Role and responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, defining technical-commercial solutions to customers;
• Identify market / customer requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed sales territory;
• Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers;
• Regular customer visits and reporting;
• Drive creative solution to minimize the importance of price and maximize the differentiated values of product;
• Being aware and share any important information about market trend;
• Monitoring competition behavior;
• Monitoring customer payments behavior in collaboration the credit department, adjusting the credit limit according to the situation;
• Report regularly on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect business strategies and on quotation & project potential;
• Experience in the field of heat-transfer, or air heat-exchangers would be a plus.
