Job summary

LU-VE Group in Breda, Netherlands seeks an HVAC Area Manager to drive sales in the Benelux region. You will lead the sales team, manage key accounts, and deliver technical–commercial solutions to customers.

Role involves market development, regular customer visits, reporting, and collaboration with credit to manage payments. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HVAC technical sales, an engineering background, fluent Dutch/English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experienced self-standing sales leader delivering solutions and business development in the assigned area.
• Technical education or engineering degree is required.
• 3–5 years in technical sales and business development in HVAC or related fields.
• Experience in international sales management and matrix organizations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel and work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and define technical–commercial solutions.
• Identify market requirements and develop growth strategies for orders and profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers; regular visits and reporting.
• Drive value-differentiating solutions and monitor market trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and manage credit limits with the credit department.
• Report on market trends, competition strategies, and project potential.
• Experience in heat-transfer or air heat-exchangers is a plus.
