COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (hotels) for the Netherlands. The role leads a multi-property portfolio, driving revenue growth and shaping the sales culture across properties in the region.

The candidate will own regional sales strategy, manage and develop sales teams, and nurture relationships with key accounts and partners. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus, with regular travel across the Dutch portfolio.

Formación

• 6+ years in hotel sales
• 3–5 years in multi-property/ regional leadership
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong sales leadership and team development
• Strong commercial acumen with CRM and forecasting tools
• Established relationships with corporate clients and agencies

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver regional sales strategy and revenue targets across hotels
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales teams across properties
• Drive results across corporate, MICE, leisure, groups, OTA/distribution
• Set pricing, account management standards aligned with strategy
• Build executive relationships with key accounts and partners
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to maximise top-line
• Represent region in quarterly reviews with senior leadership
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
