Job summary

Action is building a Recruitment Enablement team to streamline recruitment across Europe. As Recruitment Operations Specialist, you’ll partner with country HRs, optimise technology, turn data into insights and deliver impactful projects that simplify and improve hiring.

You’ll join a newly formed team supporting Action's rapid growth, reporting to the Team Lead Recruitment Enablement. A passion for improving processes and cross-border collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor's level education or higher.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Recruitment Marketing or similar.
• Experience leading projects, process improvements or operational change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within a high-volume recruitment environment (retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics or shared services).
• Experience with recruitment technology, systems, data and reporting or recruitment marketing, candidate attraction and employer branding.
• Excellent verbal and written English and at least one additional European language.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters or similar platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment operations projects from planning through implementation.
• Partner with HR stakeholders across multiple European countries to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project plans, priorities, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Create, improve and maintain recruitment processes, operational playbooks and work instructions.
• Support the implementation and adoption of recruitment technology and system enhancements.
• Analyse recruitment data, monitor funnel performance and provide actionable insights.
• Build and improve reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Lead and support recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media campaigns and candidate experience initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve ways of working across recruitment teams.
• Act as a key operational partner for recruiters, HR stakeholders and external vendors.
