Kramp is seeking a Performance Management Lead to strengthen our performance and growth culture across Europe. You will focus on linking strategy to day-to-day work, driving ownership and development conversations, and collaborating with OD, HR, and Communications to embed scalable practices.

The role sits in the TA&OD team within People & Culture, with hybrid work and a requirement to be onsite in Utrecht and Varsseveld. Fluency in English; Dutch preferred.

• Strong experience in Performance Management within an international HR function.
• Ability to translate PM approaches into practical processes and systems.
• Data-informed decision making to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across countries and HR teams.

• Link strategy, team priorities and individual goals.
• Make PM meaningful with high-quality goal setting, feedback and development conversations.
