NEP Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (Europe) to lead targets, incentives, pricing and forecast accuracy across Europe.

The role sits at the center of how Europe sets targets, rewards performance and prices work, with close collaboration to Sales Support, Commercial Finance, HR and Managing Directors across multiple countries. The position is hybrid, based from one of our European locations, with a European remit and close cooperation with UK&I, Netherlands, Nordics,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial finance or incentive administration in a business with complex or high-value sales.
• Hands-on experience with target setting and incentive/commission calculations across more than one country.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills, comfort working in Salesforce, and experience with Power BI or similar.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual target process with Commercial Finance, ensuring clear communication to sales teams.
• Run the incentive scheme day to day: crediting sales, tracking attainment, and calculating bonuses and commissions.
• Manage the payout list to Finance and payroll, and perform monthly targets-to-actuals reconciliation.
• Handle in-year target changes and incentive queries quickly and fairly.
• Ensure the scheme drives desired behaviour and propose changes when needed.
• Oversee rate card processes, discount tracking against guardrails, and approval workflows.
• Provide bid economics support, IA/RFP submissions, and post-bid reviews.
• Deliver forecasting and performance insight with KPI reporting across key metrics.
