Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, is seeking a Regional Lead to manage Europe’s project lifecycle operations, from setup through invoicing and cash collection, with a focus on governance and revenue integrity.

You will lead the Europe Project Setup team, partner with FP&A and Technology, and drive transformation using AI, automation, and ERP to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience across Europe.

Formación

• Experience in a senior project lifecycle or finance operations leadership role within a professional services environment.
• Strong governance, forecasting and invoicing experience.
• Ability to translate complex commercial contracts into scalable operational processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Partners, FP&A and Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Europe Project Setup team across the region with high‑quality delivery.
• Provide hands‑on support for complex commercial arrangements and peak demand periods.
• Monitor operational performance, address escalations and report with actionable insights.
• Own the Revenue Operations control framework and drive accurate forecasting and cash collection.
• Drive AI, ERP and automation adoption to improve efficiency and governance.
• Coordinate with Controllership, Talent Management and Technology for process evolution.
