Job summary

NEP Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to own targets, incentives and pricing for Europe. You will drive the annual target process, manage the incentive scheme, and ensure accurate payouts across UK&I, Netherlands and Europe.

You will also oversee discount guardrails, bid economics and forecasting, partnering with Finance, HR and sales teams. You will work across multiple European locations with a hybrid model and contribute to a data-driven commercial engine that

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, sales operations or incentive administration.
• Hands-on experience of target setting and incentive or commission calculations, across multiple countries.
• Strong Excel modelling skills, comfort with Salesforce and BI tools.
• Good grasp of pricing, discount and margin, and ability to challenge a number.
• Accuracy and control with ability to keep processes simple for sales teams.
• Clear communication: able to explain a payout to a salesperson and a trend to leadership.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual target process with Commercial Finance and communicate targets to sales teams.
• Run the incentive scheme day to day: crediting sales, tracking attainment, calculating bonuses and commissions.
• Manage payout lists to Finance and payroll, with monthly targets-to-actuals reconciliation.
• Handle in-year target changes and incentive queries fairly and quickly.
• Ensure the scheme drives the intended behaviour and adjust as needed.
• Maintain rate cards and guardrails for pricing, discounts and concessions.
• Support bid economics, IA/RFP and tender inputs, and post-bid reviews.
• Provide forecasting and performance insights with KPI reporting (win rate, pricing, margin).
• Collaborate with Sales Support, HR, MDs and Global Commercial Operations.
