NEP Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to run targeting, incentives, pricing and forecast discipline across Europe. The role partners with Commercial Finance, HR and regional sales teams to ensure accurate payouts and data-driven decisions.

You will own the annual target process, monitor incentive schemes and drive improvements in bid economics, discount governance and performance insights across multiple countries. Hybrid, Europe-wide remit.

Formación

• Experience in revenue or sales operations, with complex or high-value deals.
• Hands-on target setting and incentive calculations across multiple countries.
• Strong Excel modelling skills and familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools.
• Ability to explain payouts and pricing decisions clearly to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual target process and incentive framework across Europe.
• Run day-to-day incentive payout, tracking, bonuses and commissions.
• Maintain rate cards, discount guardrails and deal approvals with compliance.
• Lead bids, deal economics, IA/RFP inputs and post-bid reviews.
• Drive forecasting rigor, KPI reporting and insights for sales leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, MDs and regional teams across Europe.
