PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to lead regional sales across the Netherlands, focusing on Eindhoven and Utrecht markets. You will develop new business, grow corporate and MICE accounts, and manage strategic relationships to drive revenue across six hotels.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, hotel operations, and marketing to craft sales plans, negotiate contracts, and deliver against regional targets while maintaining active pipeline and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience in sales or business development within hospitality.
