Job summary

TPV Technology, the company behind Philips TVs, invites an enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join the European Talent Acquisition team in Amsterdam for 5-6 months starting February 2027. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Interested in recruitment and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across Europe.
• Publish job ads and attract top talent.
• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate experience.
• Assist with ATS management and admin tasks.
• Engage in employer branding initiatives.
• Develop recruitment reports and analyze data.
• Take ownership of vacancies with guidance.
