Formación

• Требуется высшее профессиональное или эквивалентное образование.

Responsabilidades

• Управление полным циклом подбора 360°: сбор требований, sourcing, скрининг, интервью, предложение.
• Советы менеджерам по найму по рынку труда и методам подбора; руководство по процессу отбора.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for recruitment at our production sites in Amsterdam, Heerlen, Terneuzen and Grobbendonk (Belgium). Your base is our factory in Amsterdam, but you regularly visit the other sites to stay close to the business and our hiring managers. You will be part of an international European Talent Acquisition team, where you collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to cross-border recruitment projects.

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from intake, sourcing and screening to interviews, selection and offer;
• Advise hiring managers on the labour market, recruitment approach and selection process, and challenge them where necessary;
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both current and future vacancies;
• Actively build and maintain talent pools, finding and engaging passive candidates;
• Conduct in-depth selection interviews and, where needed, coordinate assessments, internal tests and reference checks;
• Coordinate recruitment agencies and other external partners;
• Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and develop solutions;
• Monitor, among other things, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-of-hire and diversity, and use these insights to further improve recruitment;
• Regularly visit our various production sites to stay in touch with the teams, working environment and vacancies you recruit for.

Требования:

• A relevant completed higher professional or bachelor's degree;
• Approximately 4 to 6 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within a medium-sized or large organisation;
• Experience in technical recruitment and/or recruitment in a production or industrial environment;
• Strong sourcing skills and experience actively approaching passive candidates;
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards;
• Experience writing attractive vacancy texts and job profiles;
• The confidence and seniority to advise hiring managers and take the lead, including on challenging vacancies or conversations;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
