Job summary

You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks, conduct interviews, assess fit, and maintain accurate ATS data while promoting opportunities with integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates while representing Stephenson Operations professionally.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Negotiate contract terms and facilitate successful recruitment outcomes.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and targets while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.

Candidate Profile

• Previous recruitment experience within the Offshore Energy, Oil & Gas, Maritime, or Renewable Energy industry is required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident in representing the company and building strong candidate relationships.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to present opportunities honestly and professionally without overselling.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet recruitment goals.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
