You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks, conduct interviews, assess fit, and maintain accurate ATS data while promoting opportunities with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in Offshore Energy, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in representing the company and negotiating with candidates.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Build relationships with candidates and represent Stephenson Operations professionally.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit.
• Negotiate terms and close recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data to KPIs.
