Project Manager | Offshore Energy | Office Based | North Holland

Do you thrive on leading complex offshore projects from tender to close-out? If so, we're looking for a demonstrably experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of projects across the offshore energy sector.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of allocated projects, ensuring seamless handover from the Commercial Department's tendering phase into operational delivery
  • Maintain full awareness and control of all commercial and technical matters, including budgetary oversight, invoice preparation and approval, cost recovery, and resolution of client invoicing disputes
  • Develop and maintain project planning documents throughout the execution phase to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
  • Liaise with fellow Project Managers and internal Department Managers to coordinate services and resources effectively
  • Identify, assess, and record all project risks in the HiRA risk register, formulating and pursuing robust mitigation plans
  • Implement the Company's QHSE Management Systems across all project phases, ensuring compliance with ISO, SCC (VCA), and other applicable national standards
  • Conduct Management Site Visits and provide regular progress reporting to the Head of Projects
  • Review and approve all project documentation, ensuring deliverables meet both internal standards and client specifications
  • Lead project close-out activities, including lessons learned sessions and capturing client feedback to drive continual improvement
  • Provide input to tenders and contract negotiations to support the Commercial Department and future business growth
What you'll bring
  • A relevant higher education degree and relevant experience in a similar project management position within the offshore or energy sector
  • Demonstrable experience of ROV, Diving, and Rope Access
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate complex information and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with the confidence to liaise across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good overall IT skills
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • A solid understanding of QHSE management systems and a commitment to promoting a proactive health, safety, and quality culture
  • Familiarity with offshore industry best practices and legislation (advantageous)
  • A recognised Project Management certification (desirable)
