Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee complex contracts for large-scale offshore energy projects. You will manage agreements, ensure clarity and compliance, and support commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a degree in a technical or legal field, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or legal discipline.
• Solid experience in offshore platforms or large-scale industrial projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

Contracts Manager Offshore – Shape the future of offshore energy infrastructure

Ready to take the lead in managing complex contracts for large-scale offshore energy projects? At Our Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role as a Contracts Manager, overseeing the contractual landscape of EPCIC projects in offshore wind, green hydrogen, and energy infrastructure. From tender to completion – your expertise ensures clarity, compliance, and commercial success on multi-million euro projects.

What will you do?

• Draft, review, and manage main and subcontract agreements for complex offshore construction projects (€30M+);
• Implement contract procedures within multidisciplinary project teams (Project Managers, Planners, Engineers, and subcontractors);
• Handle variations, identify contractual risks, and manage claims effectively;
• Serve as the key point of contact for contractual matters with clients, suppliers, and partners;
• Monitor compliance and support in dispute resolution and negotiations;
• Report directly to the Project Manager and support commercial decision-making from start to finish.

What do you bring?

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO), preferably in a technical or legal discipline;
• Solid experience in offshore platforms or large-scale industrial projects;
• Familiarity with standard contract forms such as FIDIC and LOGIC;
• A proactive, structured mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
