Your impact As an MSP Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for external professionals at one or more Smart Industry clients. You serve as the link between hiring managers, vendors, and professionals. By thoroughly understanding the needs behind a request, you advise on the opportunities available in the market and guide the entire process, from the initial intake to a successful placement. In doing so, you look beyond just today's job opening. You build lasting relationships with stakeholders, contribute ideas on capacity issues, and develop yourself into a knowledgeable sparring partner in the areas of external hiring, labor market trends, and talent availability. Especially within the technical market, where specialized knowledge is scarce, you make a difference by striking the right balance between speed, quality, and a deep understanding of the market.
