WeAreKeen B.V. zoekt een Senior Tech Talent Partner die in-house met het TA-team van een van onze snelle groeiende partners (Adyen, BOL, MieleX of Marktplaats) samenwerkt om technisch talent aan te trekken en hun business schaalbaar te maken.

Je dompelt je volledig onder in de cultuur van onze partner en ontwikkelt een robuuste wervingsstrategie die hoogwaardige resultaten levert in alle wervingsfuncties. Je bouwt strategieën, werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en HR, en rapporteert over KPI's

Qualifications

• Senior Tech Talent Partner met ervaring in tech recruitments.
• In-house samenwerking met TA-teams.
• Vertrouwd met de cultuur van partners als Adyen.
• Onderhandeling van loon- en arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Responsibilities

• Voer strategische wervingsplannen uit zodat partners het beste talent aantrekken.
• Werk nauw samen met hiring managers om hun specifieke behoeften te begrijpen.
• Beheer elke fase van het wervingsproces om een soepele kandidaatervaring te waarborgen.
• Plaats vacatures, screen kandidaten, voer interviews, en begeleid aanbiedingen.
• Werk samen met HR om beleid en procedures voor werving te optimaliseren.
• Volg wervingsmetricstoetsen en rapporteer voortgang.

What will you do?

As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you'll work in-house with the TA team of one of our fast-growing partners (Adyen, BOL, MieleX, or Marktplaats) to help them hire top technical talent and scale up their business. You will achieve this by fully immersing yourself in our partner's culture, developing a robust recruitment strategy and delivering high-quality results across all recruitment functions.

• Executing strategic recruiting plans to ensure that our partner attracts the best talent
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs
• Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages
• Collaborating with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for hiring process optimization
• Tracking recruiting metrics to report on performance and progress
