Job summary

Da Vinci is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, hands-on recruiter to join our fast-paced trading firm in the Netherlands. The role focuses on developing and leading the recruiting strategy across graduate to senior levels, representing the company at workshops and career fairs, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will become a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and drive improvements in candidate review, shortlisting, and interview processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading the firm's recruiting strategy.
• Recruiting from graduate to senior level.
• Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
• Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive and adaptable attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Located in the Netherlands or nearby
• Total package for the first year ranging from EUR 70k and 100k, including base and variable pay, with opportunities to grow
• Excellent variable pay based on performance
