Job summary

Da Vinci, a proprietary trading house, seeks an enthusiastic recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment from graduate to senior levels. You will represent the firm at events in the Netherlands and abroad, manage internal stakeholders, and continuously optimize interview and shortlisting processes.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a proven track record
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive and adaptable attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Located in the Netherlands or nearby
• Total package for the first year ranging from EUR 70k and 100k, including base and variable pay, with opportunities to grow
• Excellent variable pay based on performance
• Meals during work hours prepared by our chef

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading the firm's recruiting strategy
• Recruiting from graduate to senior level
• Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad
• Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience
• Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders
• Improving processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates
