Job summary

Charlie works in The Hague is seeking a motivated Recruiter to creatively approach high-volume recruitment and help build successful teams for clients across industries.

You will join an international team, source candidates through multiple channels, interview using a structured 4-step process, and guide candidates with relocation and Netherlands entry documentation to ensure a smooth start in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in volume recruitment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Creative and process-driven approach to recruitment.
• Ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Interviewing candidates following a structured 4-step process.
• Providing candidates with suitable job offers based on skills.
• Arranging documentation and information for arrival and start in the Netherlands.
• Maintaining proper recruitment process administration.
• Tracking weekly KPIs and prioritising tasks accordingly.
• Supporting company branding and attending relevant events to network.
• Bringing innovative ideas to improve department operations.

The recruitment process in our industry is quite an art – as we are hiring in high volumes, we have to be creative in sourcing the candidates, going across the borders of the Netherlands, and providing them with the best candidate experience and preparation to arrive in the Netherlands.

From the client's perspective, we ensure a high-level recruitment process that will bring in not only people with the relevant qualifications but also motivated people who will be the ambassadors of the values of our company.

The main responsibilities are the following:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through different recruitment channels
• Interviewing candidates, following the 4-step interviewing process to ensure high-quality service
• Providing the candidates with the most suitable job offers for their skills
• Providing the candidates with the necessary documents and information to arrive in the Netherlands and start their work here
• Doing a proper administration of the recruitment process
• Keeping a focus on the priority tasks for the week and work towards achieving the weekly KPIs
• Supporting the company branding and visit relevant events to develop the professional network
• Bringing on innovative ideas that will improve the work of the department
