You will work with the Front Office team to maintain service quality and guest satisfaction. You will supervise shifts, coordinate with the Assistant Hotel Manager, and handle administrative tasks like invoicing and hour registration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hospitality experience in a supervisory or frontline role.
• Outgoing personality with ability to lead a busy reception.
• Strong customer focus and guest service orientation.
• Team guidance and development abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operations of the reception team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle operational tasks: invoicing, hour registration, quality checks.
• Maintain MEININGER quality standards in your area.
• Lead the front-of-house team together with the Assistant Hotel Manager.
• Adapt to weekday, weekend, day, evening and night shifts.
