Job summary

TKH Security, based at the Dutch Tech campus in Zoetermeer, seeks a People Manager for its Software R&D team. You will lead 15 application software developers alongside another R&D Manager, guiding delivery across multiple product teams within a SSDLC framework to ensure high quality and timely results.

You’ll mentor and develop team members, remove development bottlenecks, and collaborate with product managers and product owners to align the roadmap with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in management or as a Scrum Master, preferably within complex IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of SSDLC and good development practices;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• You have a perfect understanding of the English and Dutch language;
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and identifying improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 application software developers and collaborate with another R&D Manager.
• Provide leadership, management, and direction to ensure effective collaboration.
• Support professional development and align growth with organizational needs.
• Identify bottlenecks in the software development process and guide improvements.
• Oversee the SSDLC to maintain high standards and secure results on time.
