Job summary

TKH Technology, part of the TKH Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead software and embedded development projects across Poland and the Netherlands. You will collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, QA, and Sales to ensure transparent governance and successful delivery in a multinational environment.

You will manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and maintain strong relationships with clients while driving agile practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading software development projects with international clients.
• Experience managing multiple projects and distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver value and resolve issues.
• Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficient with Jira and Odoo; familiarity with AI tools (MS 365 Copilot, OpenAI).
• Excellent self-organization and proactive attitude.
• Fluent Dutch and English with strong business communication (C1).
• Hybrid work model with Amsterdam office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software and embedded development projects across distributed teams.
• Support backlog management and product ownership with stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance and transparent status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain direct relationships with multinational clients.
• Collaborate daily with teams in Poland and the Netherlands.
• Improve PM practices and tooling to raise delivery quality.
