Exact Technology in Delft is seeking a team lead for the SRXP and Exact Financials teams. You will mentor and manage the teams, define objectives on quality, security and new features, and take on cross‑product project management including local product integrations.

You’ll join a diverse, international tech community of over 400 professionals with an open culture and strong focus on learning, collaboration and delivering robust software.

Qualifications

• HBO or equivalent higher professional education required.
• Experience with software development processes and delivery.
• Knowledge of product management framework and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft.
• Define and achieve objectives regarding quality, security and new functionalities.
• Take on cross‑product project management spanning local products.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders on implementation projects.
