Job summary

HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær in Tilburg, NL, is seeking an experienced R&D Team Leader to guide a cross-functional hardware, software and firmware group delivering turnkey DAQ solutions for electrical power test.

You will act as Scrum Master, enable agile ceremonies, coach the team, align with Product Management, and work with global R&D leaders to staff projects with the right skills while upholding Safety First.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years leading technical teams.
Strong hardware or firmware/software background.
Experience with agile methods (SAFe) and Scrum Mastering.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of hardware, software, firmware engineers and testers to deliver turnkey DAQ solutions for electrical power test and high-speed applications.
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
Mentor and develop team members through training and career development.
Collaborate with Product Management to align deliverables, monitor risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Work with global R&D leadership to staff projects with the right skill sets and create a safe, productive work environment.
Support local side management and office administration.
