Job summary

JDE Peet’s invites you to join the R&D Coffee Academy in Utrecht as a Learning Experience Designer intern, starting Sept 2026. You will design and digitise learning modules with senior experts, translating complex coffee science into engaging, digital formats across global R&D teams.

You will build a concrete portfolio of learning modules and frameworks, gain exposure to AI-supported tools and modern digital platforms, and contribute to a global learning program within a leading coffee company.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an MSc program for the full internship term.
• Strong interest in learning design, knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Build a concrete portfolio including learning modules and journey designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and digitise expert modules for R&D Coffee Academy.
• Collaborate with senior topic owners to define learning objectives and audiences.
• Convert existing materials into updated digital modules using specified tools.
