Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Utrecht invites applications for a New Product Development Intern starting September 2026. You will design and execute a research project on recipe development for black coffee and milk-based products, while supporting team tasks such as tastings, new recipe creation and shelf-life analysis.

Your role includes experimentation in lab or pilot plant, data analysis, SOP development, and delivering final project presentations.

Qualifications

• MS Office skills and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Fast learner with a structured approach and good communication.
• Enrolled in a master’s program for the entire internship; availability for 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiments in lab or pilot-plant settings for recipe development and optimization.
• Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Contribute to SOPs and best practices for process technology improvements.
