Job summary

JDE Peet's, headquartered in Utrecht, offers a Coffee Academy internship starting September 2026. You will join the Coffee Mastery team on-site and contribute to training programs and knowledge sharing across stakeholders.

The role combines in-person collaboration with remote elements, emphasizing learning from coffee experts and delivering hands-on projects. Duration: five months with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent English.
• Structured, driven and energetic personality with excellent communication and people skills.
• Commitment of at least 5 months from Sept 2026 to Feb 2027.
• Availability of 5 days per week: 4 in-office and 1 remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and organizing trainings and events.
• Upgrade and improve the Coffee Academy with creative ideas.
• Maintain and nurture the digital knowledge hub.
• Develop an engaging remote concept for the Coffee Academy.
• Create workshops to spread passion for coffee among stakeholders.
