Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Utrecht is seeking a Learning Experience Designer intern to translate expert knowledge into engaging, digital learning modules within the R&D Coffee Academy, starting September 2026. You will design and digitise modules with senior SMEs, choosing online, blended or in-person formats and using Easy Generator, PowerPoint, Canva and M365 Copilot.

You’ll build a concrete portfolio of learning modules and frameworks, gain hands-on experience at the intersection of science, learning

Qualifications

You are enrolled in a MSc program for the internship, with a strong interest in learning design, knowledge transfer, and capability building.
You should have a concrete portfolio including learning modules, frameworks, and learning journey design.
Hands-on experience with modern digital learning platforms and AI-supported tools; affinity with digital content creation.

Responsibilities

Design and digitise expert modules for the R&D Coffee Academy.
Collaborate with senior owners to define learning objectives, content, and audience.
Decide on online, blended, or in-person formats; develop updates using listed tools.
Create a competence/skills framework per module for cross-R&D use.
Review modules from an R&D skills perspective and document required competencies.
