Job summary

Single Quantum B.V. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to be the first point of contact with customers worldwide. The role combines deep technical understanding with strong communication and a proactive commercial mindset to promote cutting-edge quantum technology.

You will attend conferences, visit customers, deliver presentations, and manage quotations, tenders, and contracts. Collaboration with Production and R&D teams ensures solutions fit customer applications while exploring market

Qualifications

MSc degree in the field of applied physics, optics, photonics or another relevant subject.
Good knowledge of and/or working experience in optics and quantum technology.
Great time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive & assertive attitude.
Excellent command of English.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Be the first contact with customers; attend conferences, visit customers, give presentations, and engage online to promote Single Quantum.
Involve in all steps of the sales process from first contact to delivery and aftersales communication.
Understand customers' scientific and industrial applications and tailor solutions with Production, R&D, and Commercial teams.
Draft quotations, tenders, and contracts.
Identify customer needs and propose best-fit solutions with the Sales team.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product and commercial teams.
