Qblox Bv is seeking a Quantum Success Engineer to enhance our mission-critical operations and ensure customer success. You will support customers, gather feedback, and advocate for their needs to influence product development.

The role demands strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills, with a focus on solving problems and delivering value in a fast-growing quantum company based in Delft, the Netherlands. Hybrid work and relocation support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• PhD in experimental physics with microwave/rf experiments or MSc with 1-2 years relevant industry experience.
• Experience with embedded systems from academic courses or projects is highly desirable.
• Must be familiar with Python.
• Professional communication: communicate kindly and professionally.
• Problem-solving drive and ability to advocate for customer needs within Qblox.
• Industry experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Fluency in professional English is required.

• Provide proactive technical support to customers and gather feedback.
• Act as voice of the customer to inform product development and improvements.
• Help customers derive ongoing value from Qblox products and ensure successful outcomes.
