Connect AI, a fast-growing quantum technology company in Delft, seeks a Quantum Success Engineer to support researchers using advanced quantum-control hardware. You will help them deploy experiments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance, bridging customers with product and R&D teams.

The role focuses on hands-on hardware, calibration, and cross-functional collaboration, with expected Europe-wide travel and a hybrid on-site work model in Delft.

Qualificações

• PhD in experimental physics is highly relevant.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory quantum hardware is essential.
• Strong background in quantum measurement and control preferred.
• MSc candidates with commercial quantum-hardware experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure and integrate quantum-control hardware.
• Troubleshoot complex experimental setups with researchers.
• Calibrate qubit control, RF/microwave, and cryogenic systems.
• Deliver technical onboarding and training to customers.
• Act as bridge between customers, product teams and R&D.
• Capture feedback to influence future product development.
• Travel to customer labs across Europe as required.
