As QHSE PMO Officer, you love data, have a curious mind, and want to contribute to building a high-performing, tech-driven QHSE function. You will support the team in key QHSE processes, reporting and communication and be empowered to develop and enhance QHSE reporting processes for the domain and to continuously grow within the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate QHSE reporting, use of company tooling and databases, and interface with client reporting systems and databases in Domain Distribution.
  • Collaborate with and act as point of contact for the corporate QHSE team for reporting and critical communications.
  • Organise QHSE information and data in the domain to enable user-friendly access by teams, sharing of common information, and organise communications for the Distribution Domain QHSE department.
  • Prepare, analyse, and report QHSE data, supporting information and KPIs, including client reports. Be able to explain performance drivers and enable visibility of KPIs at various levels and within differing disciplines within the Domain. Provide increased granularity of information to allow effective decision making in teams, projects, and service sites on priority topics and actions.
  • Collaborate with departmental teams and actively scan and evaluate relevant databases to track performance of key leading and lagging indicators and provide visibility of compliance status.
  • Monitor company QHSE and client tooling to check quality of inputs and outputs. Follow up improvement points and **escalate** significant issues to relevant QHSE Domain leadership team members.
  • Support monitoring and reporting of contractor QHSE performance, including ability to demonstrate relevant competences, documentation, compliance with standards and processes, behaviours towards HSE, and tracking and close out of issues.
  • Support QHSE teams with visibility of lookahead for upcoming project and service contracts and pre-start on site QHSE plans.
  • Coordinate and track QHSE training programs where required.
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in initiatives to automate and streamline QHSE processes and implement smarter ways of working.
  • Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and other data platforms to drive insights and efficiencies in conjunction with other data specialists.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Actively support QHSE teams and regional QHSE managers in sustaining a right-first-time and proactive safety culture.
  • Support QHSE Domain Director with other activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Exposure to Power BI or other dashboarding/visualization tools.
  • Solution-focused, takes initiative to ensure self and stakeholder groups work effectively within established guidelines and timeframes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker, open to challenge and eager to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English – other languages a bonus).
  • Understanding of QHSE management standards and principles preferred, and passion for driving high standards of QHSE performance.
