The ideal candidate has a professional background in Higher Safety Studies, proven management experience, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in Dutch is a must. As QHSE Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement QHSE strategy and ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
• Lead and coach QHSE teams across the group.
• Safeguard quality and safety through audits, inspections, and risk analyses.
• Act as the go-to expert for incidents, complaints, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement programs that raise standards across the business.
• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with a direct impact on organizational success.

What We’re Looking For

• Higher professional education (HBO) background, preferably in Higher Safety Studies (HVK) or similar.
• Proven experience in QHSE management within technical or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• A strategic thinker who combines compliance with innovation and improvement.
• Passionate about creating a safe, sustainable, and high-quality work environment.
• A good communication in Dutch is mandatory.
