Job summary

Madello, based in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a project manager to independently drive business operations development. You will analyse current structures, propose improvements, and secure transferable results with internal stakeholders, while avoiding hierarchical integration.

Key duties include baseline and 100-day analyses, mapping of processes and roles, and substantiated proposals for organisational design.

Qualifications

• Completed higher professional education, preferably in business administration, process management or similar.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project manager within a business change process.
• Experience with changes in organizational structure and/or process management.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses based on baseline measurements, 100-day analyses, interviews and document study.
• Draw a clear picture of current structure, roles, processes and responsibilities.
• Formulate concrete proposals for optimising structure, processes and role division.
• Support decision-making through substantiated proposals.
• Coordinate design proposals with internal stakeholders to create support.
• Document designs and improvements so they are transferable and secure.
