Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a business operations department or at a (related) government organization
  
• At least 2 years of experience as responsible for changes in organizational structure and/or process management
  
• At least 4 years of experience with (parts of) development processes for a business operations department

Prerequisites:

• Extensive experience with projects in the public sector
  
• Demonstrable experience with Works Council and HR processes
  
• Experience with complex change assignments within business operations
