Job summary

Madello in The Hague, Netherlands seeks an I&A Manager to lead a team of seven and shape ICT policy and information management.

You will advise management, represent I&A in cross-functional projects, and drive professionalization of processes, strategies, and systems. The role combines people leadership with hands-on ICT strategy and governance.

Requirements include 5+ years as ICT/IT manager and prior government ICT experience; additional certifications welcomed.

Qualifications

• Completed higher professional education in management or IT.
• At least 5 years as ICT/IT manager.
• Experience in government ICT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the I&A team (7 FTE).
• Develop and implement ICT strategies.
• Facilitate information management, privacy and data security.
• Advance contract and supplier management.
• Execute migration projects and system harmonization.
• Develop and monitor management reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Strengthen partnerships with internal customers and advise management.
